Only Exchange is provided based on the criteria below:

Exchange Policy:
Items purchased from Chela, we do take Exchange ONLY IF:
1. The item received has any kind of damage (stain, scratches, cut, etc.)
2. The item received is not the same item that was confirmed while placing the order
3. The item received is not the same* color that was confirmed while placing the order

*Color Mismatch: We take utmost care while photographing images to match the true color of sarees. However, there might be 5-10% color variations due to different computer/Mobile display settings and will not be considered as a valid reason to process a refund.

If you need to request an Exchange, you must send a request within 24 hours of receiving the package from Chela Clothing.
